In this week's show President Obama talks tech in China, Google announces that it is open-sourcing the Chrome OS, Dell readies to intro a smartphone, the EU shuts down 54 Web sites that violate consumer law, Howard Stringer says Sony is ahead on cost-cutting for the year and an experimental application from Microsoft display massive amounts of data graphically.
